Slow technique is tribal fusion's most hypnotic tool. This course explores how to move slowly enough to make an audience hold its breath.

The course has 4 classes:

• body and presence, the slow step as the language of the stage
• hand work through mudras
• eye training
• grounding, inner centre, the space around you

This course is for dancers who already move and want to understand what happens inside that movement.
